We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence & Data Officer to join our team at Gestamp. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of reporting solutions based on data from our core project and product management software.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements for reports and metrics
- Design and develop reports in Power BI for various use cases
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and automated alerts
- Manage and govern Power BI workspaces
- Plan and track business intelligence developments by third-party vendors
- Participate in data migration projects to our Lakehouse infrastructure
- Act as a data expert within our organization
- 2-3 years of experience in projects, operations, or IT with a focus on data, analytics, or dashboards
- Experience developing business intelligence solutions or working with large data sets to generate business insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- C1 English proficiency
- Knowledge of traditional and agile project methodologies
- Proficiency in Power BI and other business intelligence tools
