Head of Product Analytics and Business Intelligence

At Sportradar, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product BI and Analytics to join our team. As the ambassador for our MSS Analytics and Business Intelligence product, you'll be the primary contact for queries relating to our product.
This role requires strong leadership skills alongside a deep understanding of the technical aspects of customer service tools and platforms. You'll work closely with senior management to ensure that the company develops a product that fits with its strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the BI and Analytics product roadmap in collaboration with all products (sports, casino, and PAM).
- Lead a team of highly motivated and competent Product Owners to drive forward the product in the market.
- Understand and break down product initiatives into requirements and Epics.
- Ensure that projects stay on track to achieve delivery commitments, including problem-solving and trade-off analysis when necessary.
- Work with the development team and monitor the progress of projects during the development cycle to ensure that they have the correct functionality according to the scope.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of product management experience, in a role overseeing player account management or user authentication platforms.
- Industry experience is mandatory, igaming casino or sportsbook.
- Strong skills in data analytics, different types of data architectures, and a deep understanding of data-related concepts, technologies, tools, and platforms.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from concept to launch.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
