About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence & Data Officer to join our team at Gestamp. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of reporting solutions based on data from our core project and product management software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Frequent contact with stakeholders for the functional definition of reports and metrics
  • Generation of reports in Power BI for different use cases
  • Definition and monitoring of KPIs & automated alerts
  • Management and governance of PBI Workspaces
  • Planning and tracking of BI Developments by Third Parties (both internal and outsourced)
  • Collaboration with data migration projects to Lakehouse infrastructure
  • Act as data expert within the GPCS CI Office
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in projects, operations, or IT area with special emphasis in working with data, analytics or dashboards/insights generation
  • Experience developing BI solutions or working processing large amounts of data to generate business insights
  • Eager to get closer to business & projects aspects
  • C1 English
  • Knowledge of both traditional and agile project methodologies
  • Knowledge of Power BI (including DAX/M) and other Business Intelligence solutions
  • Knowledge of automation tools or RPA
Additional Skills
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Python, SQL,..)
  • Experience with cloud solutions (Azure, Google cloud...) or working with relational databases (SQL)
  • Proactivity and motivation for keeping up with the latest trends in Business Intelligence
