Customer Service Representative with Multilingual Expertise

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service through every interaction
* Handle telephone, email, and social media queries, ensuring all customer and client needs are met
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our brands and products across various industries
* Embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador
Requirements:
* Fluency in a Nordic language with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
* High level of English (written and spoken)
* Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role or call centre environment (a plus)
* Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multitask
* Confidence and enthusiastic telephone manner
* Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
* Professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving
* Strong team spirit and a 'can do' attitude
