Job OverviewAs a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and skillful manner. You will work collaboratively with consumers to provide product information and resolve queries, while developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service via various channels, including telephone, email, chat, and social media.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's products and services.
- Work collaboratively with consumers to resolve queries and provide product information.
- Embody the company's values and act as a brand ambassador.
- Fluent Norwegian language skills with exceptional grammar and spelling abilities.
- High level of English language proficiency (written and spoken).
- Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
