About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to play a vital role at Sunhero. Our Salesforce instance is the backbone of our Sales and Operations departments, and you'll be responsible for ensuring its optimal performance and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the optimal performance of Salesforce systems and installed packages.
- Maintain Sales and Service cloud implementations.
- Perform database maintenance tasks, including data imports/exports using Data Loader.
- Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers in solution design, bringing in unique perspectives across security, best practices, scalability, limits, and your intuition as a Salesforce Specialist.
- Field support requests from existing user base and maintain relationship with Salesforce support when needed.
Requirements
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
- Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
- Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
