About the Role:
The HR Transformation team at Alight is part of a wider team of digital HR sales and implementation professionals that deliver Alight's range of technology and outsourcing solutions.
As an HR Transformation Senior Consultant, you will contribute to Alight's success by initiating strong customer relationships based on the foundation of the customer's HR Transformation goals.
You will work on many activities, leading or as part of a global project team, including:
- Building HR transformation strategies and plans with customers
- Advising customers on how HR Information systems and cloud technology can support their HR Transformation
- Helping customers to optimise their workforce and build its capabilities
- Engaging customers through innovative workshops, events and communications
- Transforming customer business processes
- Advising customers on the use of AI, robotic process automation and chatbots
- Building customer employee engagement through delivery of effective change management
- Allowing customers to realise the benefits of their HR technology through analytics and reporting insight
- Building strong customer relationships leading to increased business opportunities
- Supporting our sales teams to win new business
- Managing global projects
- Leading and developing other consultants
- Becoming a thought leader in your field by publishing blogs and white papers, speaking at industry events
- Working with customers and colleagues to discover innovative ways to solve customer problems
About the Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with:
- Previous experience working in a consultancy or professional services environment
- High knowledge of Spanish Payroll
- Working knowledge of common consultancy methods, analysis and process mapping
- Deep understanding of how Human Resources contributes to the success of global organisations
- Working knowledge of at least one market-leading HR Cloud System e.g. SAP Successfactors, Workday, Oracle or Cornerstone
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to a wide range of audiences in Spanish and English
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at Director and Board level
- Good knowledge of MS Office especially PowerPoint, Excel
