We are currently seeking a dynamic Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive our expansion efforts in Spain. This essential position focuses on strengthening our footprint in the healthcare HIS/ERP sector through comprehensive market analysis, identifying new growth opportunities, and forging key partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement business development strategies to achieve growth objectives in Spain
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
  • Evaluate competitor strategies and market developments to inform business decisions
  • Develop persuasive business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored for healthcare HIS/ERP providers
  • Negotiate improvements in integrations with third-party service providers
  • Establish product and commercial partnerships with healthcare organizations
  • Secure complex strategic agreements with insurance and hospital clients in alignment with company goals
  • Work closely with sales and product development teams to ensure unified efforts in reaching business targets
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and ensure successful outcomes
  • Provide commercial support to partners in Latin America and engage in sales discussions as necessary

Qualifications

If you possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in technical, quantitative, or business-related disciplines, ideally complemented by a master's or MBA
  • A total of 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in business development management for B2B (Experience in hospital software information, ERP, CRM, Cloud Solutions, or similar is a plus)
  • Expertise in the insurance and hospital sectors
  • Knowledge of SaaS product integrations and APIs from a business standpoint
  • Previous experience in consulting, partnership management, or project management is advantageous
  • Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking skills
  • A results-oriented mindset, negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Fluency in English and Spanish

Additional Information

Selection Process:

  • 60-minute interview with a member of the HR team
  • 60-minute interview with the Team Leader
  • Completion of a Business Case within one week
  • 45-minute presentation of the Business Case to the Team Leader and Global Managing Director
