**Responsabilities**:

- Coordinate activities between customers and internal resolver groups as well as external parties
- Resolve incidents with support from Profile Engineers
- Regular database maintenance
- Configure data generation software for specific customer requirements
- Introduce customer projects in real environment
- Generate data for release sample and personalization when necessary
- Coordinate with R&D department for new software releases and updates
- Be in contact and coordinate tasks with Profile Engineer for new product configurations and introduction to real production environment
- Inform Regional Head Service Delivery & Operations and Global Resource Coordinator when unplanned work will impact planned work
- Manage time in accordance with planned and assigned activities to ensure accuracy and quality in planning
- Follow Professional Services global policies, procedures and tools
- Meet compliance and information security requirements in service operations
- Evaluate, improve and add applicable work instructions
- Identify and address day to day continuous improvement activities towards Regional Service Quality Manager and/or supervisor for further action, related to tools, procedures and compliance fulfilment
- Timely and accurate time reporting

**General knowledge and skills**:

- Basic knowledge in PC-network (LAN)
- Basic knowledge with database systems like MS SQL Server
- Basic understanding of software development processes
- Ability to work under pressure
- Very organized and quality conscious
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Being an excellent team player
- Ability to follow given processes, procedures, and work instructions
- Fluent in written and medium spoken Spanish and English
