About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Institut Straumann Ag. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and account penetration within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities in the market using various channels to generate new sales leads for the Straumann Group Sales Organisation.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects, working closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Represent Straumann Group products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of the prospective accounts' needs and objectives to identify how our solutions can meet their needs.
  • Overcome objections and effectively communicate Straumann Group's offering and value propositions to key decision makers.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential opportunities.
Requirements
  • Dental sector experience and technical product knowledge is a strong advantage.
  • Sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets, with a proven ability to quote and close is essential.
  • Self-starter, highly driven, with excellent listening and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Quick to learn and understand all forms of digital technology, with well-organized administration skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand measurement tools to track progress and results, and the sales process and pipeline.
