**Job Summary**
The Straumann Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and account penetration within an assigned territory.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve maximum sales growth and account penetration within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to promote and sell Straumann Dental Implant portfolio.
- Conduct needs analysis and identify business opportunities to showcase Straumann Group offerings in a compelling way.
- Represent Straumann Group products and services to key decision makers, overcoming objections and effectively communicating value propositions.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects, contributing to the success of the organization through generating leads and opportunities for the broader Straumann Group team.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
**Requirements**
- Strong dental sector experience and technical product knowledge.
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on data discipline and CRM system usage.
