Job Responsibilities

  • Independent support and control of accounts receivable and payable management, including invoicing, accounting, and tax accounting.
  • Participation in annual financial statements and financial year planning, providing reports, benchmarks, and insights to management.
  • Active support of project managers in billing services provided.
  • Supervision of strategic topics for business optimization.
  • Varied work in a dedicated team of five people.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in controlling, with a strong focus on financial operations.
  • Professional experience in controlling and accounting or a commercial department.
  • Commercial expertise, with a high affinity for numbers and accuracy.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong independent and analytical thinking, as well as a reliable and solution-oriented approach.
  • German skills, written and spoken (mandatory).
  • Good English skills, written and spoken.
  • Nice to have: SAP knowledge.
