Main Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the RVP of Operation
• Responsible for the operations, coordination, management, supervision, and analysis of results of all the Departments of the Hotel
• Lead and inspire high performance of the hotel teams by continuously evaluating and maintaining high service, quality, and productive processes and workflow
Requirements:
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in General Manager positions
• Knowledge of the vacation market is mandatory
• Experience in Events
• Ability to work autonomously
• High level of Spanish and English is mandatory - verbal and written
