We are seeking an experienced Global Service Delivery Director to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Managed Services, Support Services, and Technical Services.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in service delivery, with experience in managing financial performance, executing strategic objectives, and driving service excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, foster client relationships, and develop targeted services programs to accelerate sales, client engagement, and service delivery.


Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:



  • Managing the Financial Performance of Services: Ensuring growth, delivery profitability, and technology innovation across Managed Services, Support Services, and Technical Services.
  • Executing Strategic Objectives: Translating strategic goals into actionable, measurable plans that guide day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborating with Senior Leadership: Developing service/product offers, defining value propositions, and creating interlocks between sales force teams and managed services delivery.
  • Defining Client Satisfaction Standards: Overseeing the implementation of client service policies, procedures, and standards to ensure continued client satisfaction.
  • Cultivating a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Implementing best practices, driving process enhancements, and assessing service delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance service quality.

You Will Be Expected to:



  • Approve Content of Bids and Proposals: Ensuring alignment with best practice and client expectations.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Enhancing service delivery excellence and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and Mentor the Team: Ensuring achievement of team and individual objectives.
  • Present at Seminars and Workshops: Sharing knowledge and expertise on relevant information technology aspects.
