Overview



As a key member of the Make team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition growth. Your expertise in creating and optimizing digital campaigns will be instrumental in our success.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to grow our customer base

  • Manage a team of specialists responsible for various marketing channels, including SEO, Paid Ads, Partner Marketing, and Influencer Marketing

  • Set clear goals and KPIs for each team member and channel, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives

  • Oversee campaign execution, budget allocation, and performance optimization across all channels

  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

  • Analyze data and reports to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI, informing data-driven decisions

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless alignment and achieve marketing goals



Requirements



To be successful in this role, you will need:





  • 3+ years of experience in managing and leading a digital marketing team

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SaaS businesses

  • A proven track record of success in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
