At JTI, we are seeking a Digital Product Strategy Director to secure in-house knowledge and governance of digital activities related to commercial engine and main business drivers.

This role is responsible for overseeing the roadmap evolution of our Digital Expertise Services (DES) to ensure alignment with our global business strategy. The successful candidate will also ensure that all new requirements from various stakeholders are properly designed and validated, promoting a consistent approach across different clusters.

Besides these responsibilities, the Digital Product Strategy Director will collaborate with DES product clusters and other stakeholders to guarantee that new developments meet the definition of Ready.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Experience Integration: Provide support to cluster-UX/UI-expert in integrating requirements into user experience.
  • Product Subject Matter Expert: Act as subject matter expert for business features in respective delivery teams.
  • Product Backlog Breakdown & Prioritization: Ensure and manage the right prioritization of different requirements based on team capacity.
  • Product Validation: Ensure features meet acceptance criteria and comply with Definition of Done (DoD). Conduct validation sessions with the Product Manager, Business Stakeholders.

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in digital IT and a proven track record of success within multinational FMCG companies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

The following qualifications and skills are essential for this role:

  • University degree in Computer or Technical Science or IT background, plus additional business education.
  • 4+ years of digital IT experience within multinational FMCG companies, acting both as business analyst and product owner.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Solid knowledge of technology used within consumer-facing landscape: Adobe Experience, Magento, and surrounding ecosystem Payment Gateways, Age Verification, OMS.
  • Good understanding of ERP and CRM systems.
  • Working experience with JIRA tools, especially CI/CD domain.

A competitive salary is offered for this position, estimated to be around $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
