Digital Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to lead our client's growth strategy in digital marketing and sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and executing top-performing B2B paid media programs across SEM, Display, affiliate, and social advertising, as well as owned and earned channels.
The successful candidate will oversee the planning, development, and execution of integrated inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, ensuring close alignment between digital channels and email marketing. Additionally, they will be responsible for refreshing the current website with a focus on buyer-centric site navigation and SEO optimization.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytic, and creative, capable of bringing bold ideas and a fresh perspective to digital marketing strategy and execution. They will work closely with the sales team to define the lead management process and implement end-to-end Lead to Revenue reporting.
The Digital Marketing Director will also review competitive and market research to define a creative multichannel Digital and Brand Seeding Strategy. They will work closely with the content manager and product manager to execute targeted campaign templates globally or after relevant localization in regions.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and five to seven years of online marketing experience with a strong focus on digital measurements and analytics. Experience optimizing websites from branding and demand creation objectives is also required.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing agency relationships, developing integrated marketing programs, and A/B and multivariate testing. They will also have the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Spanish.
We are looking for a passionate team player who demonstrates intellectual curiosity, creativity, and logical thinking. Experience with Web CMSs, web analytics, and web optimization tools is also desirable.
