Client Success Director

Good Rebels is seeking a seasoned Client Success Director to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing agency, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and build strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing projects.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in client management, project management, and business development within a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
