Job Summary:

As a key member of our Emerging Benelux & Nordics team in Barcelona, you will play a vital role in expanding our business in the region. Your primary responsibility will be to retain and grow a diverse portfolio of existing clients across various industries, while developing strategic partnerships across Criteo's products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional account management to small to medium-sized advertisers, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance in line with our service level agreements.
• Advise clients on their digital strategies, educating them on Criteo's technology and its applications across channels and devices.
• Optimize accounts to improve performance for small to medium-sized clients, identifying growth opportunities and providing consultative guidance on market challenges and recommended solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of client objectives and pitch relevant solutions that align with their short-term business plans.
• Collaborate with the team to drive side projects that have a significant impact on individual book of business or team performance.

Requirements:

• Strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
• Passion for new media, internet trends, and continuous learning.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail to explore product performances and explain recommendations.
• Proven sales and client service track record, ideally in a tech or marketing related field.
• Fluency in English, with Dutch or a Nordic language being a plus.
