Criteo is a leader in Retail Media worldwide, partnering with over 225 top retailers and numerous leading brands. We help clients manage all aspects of their ad and audience monetization programs, including the placement of brand advertisements within e-commerce sites and mobile applications.
Job Title: Digital Growth Manager BeneluxWe are seeking a highly motivated Digital Growth Manager to join our Venture Markets Account Strategy team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple accounts, working closely with large and well-known brands and agencies.
About the Role- Provide strategic account management to advertisers to ensure retention and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients.
- Participate in client business reviews and communicate performance optimizations and planned roadmaps.
- Escalate internal issues and concerns raised by clients.
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure optimal strategy and campaign setup.
- Negotiate additional budgets and upsell new products.
- Relevant experience in direct advertising/marketing, managing clients with revenue accountability.
- Proven track record of analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and confident to provide outstanding service and optimal campaign performance.
- Genuine enthusiasm for a dynamic industry and desire to influence through hard work, idea generation, and teamwork.
- Ability to navigate and collaborate with internal departments to produce positive results for clients and the company.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks under demanding timeframes.
Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg)
Salary Range€60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience
