- Customer Experience: Improving and enhancing the internal stakeholder and external customer experience via assistance in the delivery of bespoke solutions tailored to customer expectation, while fulfilling Vodafone profitability measures and targets.
- Commercial Negotiations: Attending Key Customer meetings with the associated Account Teams as part of the Bid Strategy, effectively prepare and lead internal or external commercial negotiations.
- Deal Pricing Strategy: Delivering complex deal pricing strategy and propositions for IoT's Global Strategic accounts.
- Commercial Frameworks: Enhancing Commercial frameworks, tools, governance and processes, setting the prices and meeting margin requirements for all IoT sales opportunities.
