Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a training strategy that aligns with ALE's business objectives and regional needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer demands and develop training programs that meet their needs.
- Manage relationships with training partners and suppliers to ensure the delivery of best-in-class training programs.
- Monitor and report on training delivery costs and revenues in the region.
- Act as the escalation manager for education-related issues in the region.
- Master's degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
- Strong customer-facing skills and commercial negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a multinational environment and communicate effectively in multiple languages.
- Experience in education and training, with a focus on customer relationship management.
- Fluency in Spanish, English, and German is a plus.
