Job Purpose

PepsiCo is seeking an Agro West Europe Capability & Sustainability Lead to join the company in one of its locations: Vitoria, Spain; Dublin, Ireland or Geneva, Switzerland.

The purpose of this new role will be to work with the Global team and across West Europe Agronomy team / farmers to integrate Global partnerships and Best Practices through locally relevant adaptation to deliver accelerated potato productivity and reduce current high barriers of entry for new, local farmers through improved crop resilience, grower livelihoods whilst driving accelerated adoption of Pep+ vision.

By accelerating adoption of best in class practices, this role will generate additional PEP shareholder value and economic growth through improved availability of local potatoes whilst preserving natural resources, contributing to developing communities and striving to reduce our overall environmental impact.

Responsibilities
  • Lead interface with Global Agriculture and West Europe / BU Sustainability teams
  • Regen Ag / PEP+ Agriculture Strategy
  • Grower engagement and platforms
  • Baseline, analytics and performance dashboards
  • PSP & AOP process
  • PEP+ Networking & Regen Ag COE
  • Coaching & knowledge building
Qualifications
  • Deep Agricultural, crop-level expertise required to influence farmers.
  • High level of Computer literacy (PowerPoint, Excel and Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to clearly communicate with all levels of the PepsiCo Organisation's and suppliers.
