SAP Quality Management and Plant Maintenance Expert

Key Responsibilities
SAP QM (Quality Management)
Lead full lifecycle implementations of SAP QM, including blueprinting, customization, configuration, testing, and support. Design and optimize quality management processes, including quality inspection, control, certificates, and audit management. Set up quality inspection plans, results recording, quality notifications, and test equipment management. Integrate QM with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), SD (Sales & Distribution), and PM (Plant Maintenance).
SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
Oversee full lifecycle SAP PM implementations, covering configuration, testing, data migration, go-live, and support. Design and configure PM processes, including maintenance planning, preventive maintenance, work order management, and equipment lifecycle management. Set up notifications, scheduling, maintenance plans, technical objects, and repair processing. Ensure PM integration with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and QM for seamless maintenance planning and execution.
Business Process Optimization
Conduct business process analysis for quality and maintenance workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements for SAP QM/PM implementation. Propose and implement SAP best practices to improve quality control and maintenance efficiency. Redesign existing workflows where necessary to enhance quality and equipment management processes.
Data Management and Migration
Ensure successful data migration for quality records, equipment data, maintenance plans, and other master data from legacy systems into SAP QM/PM. Validate the accuracy and completeness of master data for materials, equipment, maintenance orders, and inspection results. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and consistency during migration activities.
Integration with Other SAP Modules
Facilitate integration of SAP QM with PP and MM for quality inspections during production and procurement processes. Ensure SAP PM integration with MM for spare parts management and with PP for maintenance of production equipment. Support integration with SAP FICO for cost tracking and settlement of maintenance activities. Collaborate with SD teams to handle customer complaint management and quality returns using QM.
Compliance and Quality Control
Implement and enforce quality standards in line with industry regulations, ISO standards, and internal company quality guidelines. Ensure compliance of equipment maintenance schedules and quality control processes with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Provide documentation to support audit and compliance efforts in quality management and plant maintenance areas
