SAP QM/Pm Consultant Job Description

As a SAP QM/Pm Consultant, you will be responsible for leading full lifecycle implementations of SAP QM and PM, including blueprinting, customization, configuration, testing, and support. You will design and optimize quality management processes, including quality inspection, control, certificates, and audit management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement SAP QM and PM modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Design and optimize quality management processes, including quality inspection, control, certificates, and audit management.
  • Lead full lifecycle implementations of SAP QM and PM, including blueprinting, customization, configuration, testing, and support.
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements for SAP QM/Pm implementation.
  • Propose and implement SAP best practices to improve quality control and maintenance efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in SAP QM and PM modules, including configuration, implementation, and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Expertise in quality management processes, including inspection planning, quality control, defect tracking, and compliance with ISO or other industry standards.
  • Deep understanding of plant maintenance processes, including preventive maintenance, maintenance orders, equipment lifecycle management, and spare parts management.
  • Strong analytical abilities for monitoring, reporting, and improving quality and maintenance performance using SAP's reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
