Job Title: Content Specialist

Bip - Business Integration Partners is a leading international consulting firm that supports multinational companies in the Life Sciences sector. We are seeking a highly skilled Content Specialist to join our team in Spain.

About the Role

The Content Specialist will be responsible for managing and leading projects for the development of procedural documents for global development. This includes assessing the impact of document creation or updates on other procedural documents, identifying stakeholders and engaging them in content development activities, and leading the technical writing of global development procedural documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead projects for the development of procedural documents for global development
  • Assess the impact of document creation or updates on other procedural documents
  • Identify stakeholders and engage them in content development activities
  • Lead the technical writing of global development procedural documents
  • Facilitate process mapping activities and identify issues and/or gaps in processes
  • Collaborate with Quality Managers to ensure alignment with Content Standards and Lean Writing Principles
  • Manage document review and approval workflows
  • Maintain project schedule and identify and mitigate risks or issues
Requirements
  • Minimum of a BS/BA Degree with 8+ years' relevant industry experience
  • MS degree and 6+ years relevant experience will be accepted
  • A minimum 5 years' working in a technical writing position is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to actively listen and write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
