About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Specialist to join our team at Glovo. As a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content for courier communications, ensuring that all content remains updated and relevant by regularly reviewing and updating existing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the localization team to ensure content is effectively translated and adapted for different markets and languages.
  • Work closely with the legal team to ensure all communication materials comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate content-related tasks with other departments and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and effective content delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Full verbal and written proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or another language is highly desirable.
  • Previous working experience as a communications specialist for at least 2 years.
  • Proven experience and knowledge in copywriting, proofreading, and editing.
  • Significant experience managing support content/copies for a large customer-facing entity.
  • Significant experience with project and stakeholder management – the capability to understand the content impact.
  • Experience with localization providers and localization services/tools.
