About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Content Review Specialist to join our team. As a Content Review Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our social media platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and filter content on our social media platform to ensure a safe and respectful experience for users.
  • Apply your knowledge of Danish language and culture to make informed decisions about content.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve any content-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with current cultural, political, and social events to ensure your content decisions are informed and accurate.
Requirements
  • Danish: C2 level and advanced English.
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database.
  • Goal-oriented and self-assertive with a strong sense of awareness.
  • Affinity with social media platforms and experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact center environments.
  • Availability to work from the office and from home within 100km of the office.
  • Mandatory studies finished, with a document to prove it (according to Spanish legislation).
