We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Content Review Specialist.

About the Role

As a Content Review Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and filtering content on a popular social media platform to ensure a safe and positive experience for users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and filter content to ensure compliance with community guidelines
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve content-related issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of social media trends and cultural nuances
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve content moderation processes and tools

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with advanced English skills
  • Excellent PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Awareness of current cultural, political, and social events
  • Experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact center environments
