About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Review Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a Content Review Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of online content for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and filter online content to ensure it meets our quality and safety standards
  • Utilize advanced language skills to evaluate content for accuracy and relevance
  • Work collaboratively with our team to identify and resolve content-related issues
  • Stay up-to-date with current cultural, political, and social events to ensure content is relevant and engaging
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Dutch: C2 level and advanced English
  • User-friendly PC skills: Office 365, CRM Database, and other internal platforms
  • Goal-oriented and self-assertive
  • Awareness of current cultural, political, and social events
  • Affinity with social media platforms
  • Experience in content moderation, customer service, or other contact center environments
  • Availability to work from the office and from home (within 100km from the office)
  • Mandatory studies finished: According to the legislation in Spain, a document to prove it will be mandatory to be able to hire you
What We Offer
  • 38.5h/week contract (Monday to Sunday) with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week
