Job Title: Norwegian Language Content Review Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Norwegian Language Content Review Specialist to join our growing team. As a Content Review Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that online content adheres to the platform's community guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Review and Moderation: Monitor and review user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.
  • Identify and Remove Inappropriate Content: Identify and remove content that violates policies, such as hate speech, harassment, graphic violence, nudity, and other forms of inappropriate material.
  • Exercise Sound Judgment: Exercise sound judgment and sensitivity to cultural nuances while evaluating content.
  • Decision Making: Make informed decisions on whether to remove or retain content based on established guidelines.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share best practices and insights for effective content moderation.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and decisions.
Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Norwegian (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in English: Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Skills and Experience: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Judgment: Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make decisions independently and in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Comfortable Working with Sensitive Content: Comfortable working with potentially sensitive or disturbing content, maintaining professionalism and emotional resilience.
