About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Web Content Specialist to join our team at Glovo. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content for courier communications, ensuring that all content remains updated and relevant by regularly reviewing and updating existing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the localization team to ensure content is effectively translated and adapted for different markets and languages.
  • Work closely with the legal team to ensure all communication materials comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate content-related tasks with other departments, including marketing, sales, and customer support.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content creation.
Requirements
  • Full verbal and written proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or another language is highly desirable.
  • Previous working experience as a communications specialist for at least 2 years.
  • Proven experience and knowledge in copywriting, proofreading, and editing.
  • Significant experience managing support content/copies for a large customer-facing entity.
