Lead IT Projects and Drive Transformation

We are seeking an experienced IT project leader to join our team at Groupon. As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies, driving organizational transformation, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead various projects and develop innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze new opportunities and weak points in our products and suggest resulting changes to enhance user satisfaction and meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement product roadmaps and business cases to drive growth and success.
  • Define functionalities and new features, and prioritize opportunities based on their benefits and required effort.
Requirements:
  • Real experience as a Product Owner/Senior Product Manager or CPO from e-commerce, startups, or SaaS business.
  • Experience in product development from the perspective of customer data and web, with a connection to marketing.
  • Knowledge of KPIs, product metrics, and ownership of the conversion funnel.
  • English language proficiency at C1 level.
  • Attention to detail and systematization in task completion.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to see things through to completion.
  • Problem-solving skills, information retrieval, and the ability to cope with unexpected and crisis situations during development.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different types of people, including assertiveness and consistency.
  • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and operate successfully in a high-performance work environment.
  • Experience with task management systems, Google Workspace, and advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Time flexibility - availability after 17:00.
