Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned IT project leader to join our team. As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading various projects and driving organizational transformation. Your role will encompass developing and implementing change management strategies, ensuring successful project outcomes, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive organizational transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to drive business growth.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Real experience as a Product Owner/Senior Product Manager or CPO from e-commerce, startups, or SaaS business.
  • Experience in product development from the perspective of customer data and web.
  • Knowledge of KPIs, product metrics, and ownership of the conversion funnel.
  • English at C1 level.
  • Attention to detail and systematization in task completion.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to see things through to completion.
