Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned IT project leader to join our team. As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading various projects and developing strategies to drive organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Drive organizational transformation by analyzing new opportunities and weak points in the product
  • Develop the product to ensure user satisfaction and meet business objectives
  • Prioritize the best opportunities and weigh their benefits against the required effort
Requirements:
  • Real experience as a Product Owner/Senior Product Manager or CPO from e-commerce, startups, or SaaS business
  • Experience in product development from the perspective of customer data and web
  • Knowledge of KPIs, product metrics, and ownership of the conversion funnel
  • English at C1 level
  • Attention to detail and systematization in task completion
  • Organizational skills and the ability to see things through to completion
  • Problem-solving skills, information retrieval, and the ability to cope with unexpected and crisis situations during development
  • Focus on numbers and their added value within the product
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different types of people
  • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and operate successfully in a high-performance work environment
  • Experience with task management systems, Google Workspace, and advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
