En eXperience IT Solutions, buscamos un Project Manager Senior con conocimientos en gobierno del dato y dominio del inglés para liderar un nuevo proyecto.
Formarás parte de un equipo PMO talentoso y en crecimiento, reportando directamente al líder del equipo global de PMO para productos y servicios.
Este rol es crítico para el desarrollo y la implementación de productos y servicios en un entorno multinacional.
Responsabilidades:- Liderar la ideación, desarrollo técnico y lanzamiento de características innovadoras.
- Definir y gestionar el plan del proyecto, asegurando el cumplimiento del alcance y presupuesto.
- Supervisar el progreso del equipo, gestionar recursos y resolver conflictos del proyecto.
- Mantener y documentar el plan del proyecto, revisando entregables y ajustando según necesidades.
- Identificar y minimizar riesgos, gestionar la relación técnica con los clientes y apoyar en actividades de preventa y logística.
- Solicitar y gestionar equipos de prueba según la estrategia del proyecto.
- Contratación permanente con base en Madrid.
- Participación en un proyecto innovador con impacto directo en el desempeño empresarial.

Requisitos:- Licenciatura en Informática, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones o Negocios.
- 5-10 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de ingeniería.
- Dominio del inglés y español (mínimo B2).
- Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles y flexibilidad para trabajar en modelos híbridos.
- Experiencia con herramientas Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence) y en gestión de proyectos internacionales.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas, atención al detalle, y capacidad para tomar decisiones de alta calidad.
- Competencias en liderazgo, comunicación y organización, con una actitud proactiva y colaborativa.
