**Job Summary**

Amazon is seeking a highly organized and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our B2B Quoting Business, you will be responsible for connecting with both sellers and customers to coordinate bulk orders and improve the bulk ordering experience for our business customers and sellers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage a portfolio of requests from strategic accounts, against a set of output and input goals, and support them in fulfilling bulk orders by business customers.
  • Help improve business processes and make us more effective in supporting our business customers and sellers.
  • Work on projects to improve the long-term business customer experience and grow the Amazon Business marketplace.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years experience in business or account management in e-commerce or a similar industry
  • Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, French, German, or Italian
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Able to work in a diverse team

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Strong data skills including Microsoft Excel
  • Good listener and effective communicator
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Always does what is right for the customer; relentlessly customer-focused
  • Experience contacting and providing solutions for companies' needs in a target-based environment
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or another CRM tool
  • SQL knowledge is an advantage
