Job Summary
The Global Tier 1 Service & Solution team is focused on enabling the growth of services and solutions sales into HP's largest customers.
We are an ambitious global team with members in three regions (NA, EMEA, and APJ). We are driving a transformation journey towards a future HP business with a significant portion of recurring revenues coming from profitable services and software offers.
We have made great progress over the past years and are now ready to implement a more rigorous approach to account management so we can enable our sales and CSM teams with analytics that helps them increase services/software penetration into our accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the definition and construction of tools and dashboards/analytics relevant to the target sales/CSM team under the coaching of the Program Management/Operations leader and CSM leader.
- Support those teams with data collection (customer profiling information, sales activities, funnel tracking) to ensure it remains up-to-date.
- Present recommended analysis of the data in regular Management reviews.
About You
We are looking for a Degree holder in Business Administration or engineering with interest in business. Between 0-2 years of experience, internships related to the job content would also be valuable.
You should possess analytical and data analysis skills with a business background perspective and good communication skills, both written and verbal.
