Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

Your Mission: As a Brand Manager at Adaptive Teams, you will be responsible for leading client relationships and driving business outcomes through strategic account management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day account management and act as the primary client liaison for key Amazon accounts.
  • Collaborate with PPC, supply chain, and content teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Ensure Amazon Seller Central health, including compliance, brand registry management, and account troubleshooting.
  • Manage and track client performance metrics, providing actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Provide proactive client updates, identifying growth opportunities and offering tailored recommendations.
  • Act as the client advocate internally, ensuring timely issue resolution and high satisfaction.
  • Support internal account management processes, optimizing workflow and team communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To Be Successful: You will need 3+ years of Amazon account management experience with a focus on PPC, supply chain, or content. You should have a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, brand health, and compliance management. Excellent client-facing communication skills are essential, along with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
