German Language Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused German speaker to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our international client's customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to B2B customers across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers to resolve issues and find solutions
- Utilize troubleshooting skills to resolve complex customer queries
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve business processes and customer journey
- Provide expert-level support on our client's platforms and tools
- Flag and escalate customer queries as necessary
- Native-level German and fluent English
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions
- Technical background is an advantage
- Spanish language classes
