We're looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in payroll management to lead our payroll initiatives across the EMEA region. About the Role

As a Senior Payroll Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the successful delivery of payroll-related initiatives across the EMEA region. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive plans, schedules, and status reports
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues
  • Facilitating meetings and workshops to gather requirements, review progress, and resolve roadblocks
  • Building strong relationships with partners, capturing their voice, and sharing performance metrics
  • Defining and promoting business improvements, recommending efficiencies
  • Leveraging data to uncover underlying process issues and influence teams to implement best practices

You will work closely with stakeholders across Payroll and HR and other business lines to ensure the successful delivery of payroll projects and programs. Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in leading projects (preferable PMP or Prince2 certified)
  • Experience in program management
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment
