About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our People team at 2K. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering talent strategies that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR leadership to develop, plan, and/or manage employee-relations activities and programs, including employee/manager counseling, performance development and career planning, new employee onboarding, transfers, offboarding, policy interpretation and compliance procedures.
  • Manage and coordinate studio performance review program; work with managers to develop, deliver, and monitor ongoing performance feedback and growth plans for employees.
  • Support all People initiatives and activities for our Valencia, Spain team.
  • Develop and maintain effective business partnerships and serve as a consultant in all people-related areas.

Requirements:

  • Extensive HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition and development, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
