Job Title: Demi Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Demi Chef to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Demi Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of a variety of baked goods and pastries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and production of baked goods and pastries under the supervision of the Executive Sous Chef.
  • Ensure high-quality products are consistently produced and meet the standards of Accor Hotels.
  • Contribute to the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Culinary diploma or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen, with a focus on baking and pastry arts.
  • Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen, preferably with some experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient handling, and pastry presentation.
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
