Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for contributing to menu creation, managing and training the kitchen brigade, and ensuring consistency in quality of dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to menu creation and development, ensuring dishes meet Hilton's high standards.
  • Manage and train the kitchen brigade, fostering a well-organized and motivated team.
  • Ensure consistency in quality of dishes, adhering to Hilton's quality control standards.
  • Assist the Head Chef and manage customer relations, providing exceptional service.
  • Manage food cost controls, contributing to Food and Beverage revenue growth.
  • Support brand standards through training and assessment of the team.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong Junior Sous Chef or previous Sous Chef experience.
  • Approaches food in a creative way, with a passion for culinary innovation.
  • Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Positive attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, with excellent grooming standards.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
