Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak, an Accor Hotels property. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of a variety of baked goods and pastries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of baked goods and pastries under the supervision of the Executive Sous Chef.
- Ensure high-quality products are consistently produced and meet the hotel's standards.
- Contribute to the daily operations of the bakery, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Culinary diploma or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen, with a focus on baking and pastry arts preferred.
- Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen, preferably with some experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient handling, and pastry presentation.
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
