Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrophysiology Field Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical product and technical assistance to physicians, laboratory staff, and sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance to physicians, laboratory staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse and Rhythmia systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospital personnel to identify clinical needs and goals.
- Attend cases in labs of hospital accounts to provide case support and development efforts.
- Provide initial and continuous training and feedback to development team and sales representatives on Farapulse and Rhythmia systems.
- Meet with existing and potential clients to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them achieve their goals.
- Develop creative and feasible solutions to customer needs and complaints.
Requirements:
- Successfully completed studies within Biomedical Sciences or a similar subject area.
- Knowledge of intracardiac navigation and electrophysiology - at least 2 years of experience.
- Professional industry experience in a similar role.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
