The Electrophysiology franchise represents a growing segment of our Rhythm Management division, and training and education are key to supporting technology adoption while ensuring patient safety.

We're seeking a Senior Electrophysiology Education Specialist to plan, design, develop, and coordinate in-house training programs for field support personnel and customers.

This includes obtaining information needed to prepare in-house training programs, preparing training materials, developing course content, determining methodology, and coordinating the development of training aids.

The role may utilize trainers with technical expertise and continuously revise lesson plans to meet new training requirements.

Key responsibilities include managing internal and customer education programs, defining optimal delivery methods for each learner and curriculum, and developing blended approach programs that meet learning objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with key customers, internal and external, and serve as a liaison between key educational opinion leaders and Boston Scientific programs.

They will also communicate proactively with stakeholders and establish strong networking in the organization.

Additionally, they will identify, partner with, and manage appropriate resources, such as vendor relationships and other internal departments.
