About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Swedish market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the Swedish business community.
  • Provide expert-level knowledge of our cloud solutions and their applications in the Swedish market.
  • Conduct regular outreach and engagement with potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Native-level proficiency in Swedish and fluency in English.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and their applications in the Swedish market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Preferred Skills:
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Experience with cold calling and managing a large portfolio of accounts and contacts.
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, proactive, competitive, and resilient.
