Job Title: Swedish Business Developer Representative

Teleperformance Spain, a leading provider of contact center services, is seeking a highly skilled Business Developer Representative to join their team.

About the Role:

As a Business Developer Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth through various outbound campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails to engage with potential clients and assess their needs
  • Understand prospects' pain points and gather technical requirements to propose tailored solutions
  • Update and maintain prospect and customer data in CRM database
  • Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators such as productivity, conversion rates, and pipeline growth
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Fluency in Swedish (C2 level) and ability to speak and write English fluently
  • Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts and ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills, high level of integrity, and professionalism
Desirable:
  • 1 year experience in IT outbound sales prospecting with strong sales acumen and ability to persuade others
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Ability to identify key decision-makers and relevant stakeholders in a business conversation
Benefits:
