Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic relationships with global CPG brands leadership teams.
  • Closing new global agreements with diverse brands from FMCGs, Beauty, and Care, Payments, and other industries.
  • Ensure harmonized conversations across local teams within the same brand.
  • Identify and map current revenue opportunities with brands based on current assets available and future opportunities.
  • Create a strong and ongoing relationship with key stakeholders for this role.
  • Lead a team of global Brand Specialists.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in management, business administration, marketing, or advertising.
  • MBA or Master in marketing is a plus.
  • +6 years of professional experience in CPG companies, digital, or retail background.
  • +2 years of experience leading a team.
  • Strong communication abilities with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
